How often will my young reader receive a letter?
Once you receive your first letter, letters will be mailed out every two weeks. Arrival time depends on your local mail.
When will I receive my letter?
Letters are mailed on the 14th and 28th of each month. U.S. delivery typically arrives within two weeks after it ships.
Do you mail internationally?
No. At this time, letters are mailed within the United States only.
Can I order multiple subscriptions at once?
You’re welcome to enjoy more than one story at a time.
At checkout, subscriptions are placed one at a time.
If you’d like multiple story subscriptions, simply place your first order, then return to place the next.
One subscription can be shared within a household.
Just include all recipient names in the Letter Recipient Name field at checkout.

What is the story about?

For what ages are the letters written?
Although every child is different, we typically recommend ages 8–14+, though younger children can enjoy it when read together.
Every time one rereads the letters, they will likely discover a new meaning over time.

Is the subscription refundable?
Our yearly subscriptions are prepaid and only refundable for the first 30 days. Your subscription(s) are non-refundable after the first 30 days, and we will continue sending the remaining letters to the address you provided.
